Your mission
As a
Sales Operations Specialist at Greenbone, you are the central point of contact for all operational sales support activities. Your mission is to ensure the smooth execution of webinars and trainings, provide key support in customer communication, and manage internal tools and processes that connect Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, and Professional Services. You work across teams, help drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for data-driven decision-making.
You will coordinate trainings and events, maintain the consistency of our internal systems (e.g., Odoo, GoToWebinar, Confluence), and take responsibility for structured communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners. In short: you help turn strategy into operational reality. This includes:
- Webinar & Training Coordination
Plan, organize, and manage webinars and training formats for customers and partners,
including scheduling, coordination with presenters, documentation, and follow-up communications - Tool & Process Management
Maintain and develop structures within Odoo (e.g., Projects App, timesheets), ensure data plausibility,
and support KPI consistency through structured data handling and project assignment - PoC & Documentation
Coordinate customer interactions for Proof-of-Concept (PoC) deliveries and ensure complete,
up-to-date documentation across CRM and project management tools (e.g., Jira) - Interface & Communication
Manage shared mailboxes and act as a reliable interface between Sales, Partner Management,
Marketing, Consulting, and Support to support aligned processes and communication flows. - Team Alignment
Participate actively in cross-functional meetings to ensure smooth coordination and clear priorities

Your Application Process at Greenbone1. Initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition Team (Duration: 30–45 minutes)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and Peer (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
3. Final interview with Department Lead or C-Level (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
The process may vary slightly depending on the position. For some technical roles, a case study is included between the second and third interview.
