We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner / People Lead in part-time (30h/week). In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our culture, leading personnel planning, and supporting employees in our Product Department throughout their professional journey.
Your mission
As a People Lead your key responsibilities include
- Disciplinary responsibility for a team of Software Developers based in Germany in collaboration with C-Level leadership
- Lead constructive performance and disciplinary conversations - even in challenging situations - while upholding company values and adhering to legal and organizational guidelines
- Lead and support employee development initiatives
- Drive strategic personnel planning, including headcount forecasting and budgeting
- Manage and oversee staff budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals
On a daily basis you will
- Conduct employee development discussions focused on personal growth and engagement
- Guide salary development processes in a fair and structured manner,
- Lead budget and personnel planning activities in line with business needs
- In partnership with C-Level, other People Leads and HR, develop and implement long-term strategies and identify business opportunities to enhance company performance
- Implement disciplinary measures in coordination with C-Level and HR
- Foster continuous, proactive collaboration with the HR department
- Maintain regular communication and alignment with fellow People Leads
- Drive key Employee Development initiatives, including empowering employees and leaders, enhancing our employer branding, and supporting a culture of continuous growth
- Act as a human-centered lead who guides and develops employees in our company, mainly in our Product Department

Your Application Process at Greenbone1. Initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition Team (Duration: 30–45 minutes)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and Peer (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
3. Final interview with Department Lead or C-Level (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
The process may vary slightly depending on the position. For some technical roles, a case study is included between the second and third interview.
